Servicing

• Boiler service from £70
• Gas fire service from £55
• Gas cooker service from £30

Breakdowns

• 8am -6pm £70 first hour, £30 per half hour thereafter
• 6pm-10pm £80 first hour, £40 per half hour thereafter
• Weekends £80 first hour, £40 per half hour thereafter

Installations

• Installation call to arrange free, no obligation quote
• Combination boiler exchange from £1800 (based on Worcester Bosch boiler)

Landlords

• Landlords certificate (CP12) £70 boiler and gas meter, £10 per additional appliance, £20 per additional boiler
• Legionnaire's Disease Risk Assessment from £50

Upgrades

• Powerflush up to 8 radiators £400, £25 per additional radiator
• Central heating system filter from £220
• Hydroflow Limescale reducer £160
• Thermostatic radiator valves £150 (includes drain down & 1 trv), £30 per additional valve
• Wireless programmable room stat £220 (based on Drayton brand)
• Carbon monoxide alarm £40

Plumbing

• Plumbing repairs £60 per hour, £30 per half hour thereafter
• Drainage £70 per hour, £35 per half an hour thereafter

Emergencies

• Emergency Call Out (7pm-7am) £150 first hour, £60 per half hour thereafter
